ALERT MANAGEMENT

SELECT System® Alert Management enables users to set up alerts to check various SELECT System® interfaces (HOST, VISA, MasterCard, EPT Server, etc.), and to ensure that they are not broken down or switched off. As soon as an anomaly is detected, the module sends a message to the persons concerned.

SELECT System® Alert Management also enables alerts to be set up to check:

  • late payments
  • a set number of overdue deadlines has been exceeded
  • an authorised amount has been exceeded.

The module allows users to check the state of the fraud as an issuer and as a buyer, and to specify the message to send in the event of an alert.
